Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Policy covers cancellations and refunds for travel packages bought on jitmint.com. It follows Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
1. Cancellation by you
- Over 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Under 15 days or no-show: no refund.
Fees reflect actual costs. You may transfer your booking if you notify us in writing at least 7 days before departure.
2. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a confirmed package, you get a full refund within 10 business days, or an alternative package of equal or greater value if you agree.
3. Refunds
Email contact@jitmint.com with your booking number and payment details. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Your statutory rights under Law No. 3153-IX are unaffected.
4. Complaints
We handle complaints within 30 days. If unresolved, contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
