Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of jitmint.com and the booking of travel services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

2. Travel Services
We provide travel services in compliance with Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. Accurate information about the operator, register/license entry, and terms is provided before booking.
3. Booking, Price, and Payment
Pre-contract information, including terms, price, and delivery, is provided as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' (Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv) No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. Payment confirms your booking.
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal
You may cancel or withdraw under the conditions and within the timeframes set by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' (Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv) No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. Refunds are processed accordingly.
5. Liability
We are liable for our services as required by law. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be sent to contact@jitmint.com. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, as per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' (Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv) No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
7. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data lawfully under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. Cookies that process personal data require consent; a cookie notice is recommended.
8. Advertising
All advertising is accurate and not misleading, in line with Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.
