3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to perform contracts, meet tax and accounting duties, answer requests, prevent fraud and improve the site. Bases: contract performance, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Complaints go to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Consumer complaints go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
